Student Government

The Woodstock Day School student government is dedicated to giving students ownership in the management of the school. The council is comprised of one elected representative from each grade level in the upper school (7-12), a president, and a vice-president. The council meets weekly and follows Robert’s Rules of Order. Governmental activities include, but are not limited to: organizing school events, such as dances and field trips, raising funds for school projects, managing school businesses, such as running the vending machines or selling breakfast, and bringing student concerns to the faculty.
